Payment:

# Kapud accepts Alipay,West Union,TT. All major credit cards are accepted through ESCROW.

Shipping.

1. Goods are shipped to the European Union only (except for some island areas) and are dispatched from a French warehouse.
2. Orders will be processed promptly after payment has been verified.
3. We will only ship to the confirmed order address. The address of your order must be the same as your shipping address.
4. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary, especially on holidays.
5. If you do not receive your item within the limited time promised, please let us know. We will follow up and contact you as soon as possible.
6. Due to stock availability and time differences, we will choose the nearest warehouse for delivery.

Warranty.

1. 12 months limited warranty on defective items (except for damage or misuse after receipt) 12 months warranty on defective items.

3. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please tell us what the defect is and give us your tracking number.
4. We do not repair or replace items for which the warranty has expired!

Returns and Refunds.

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item once you have received it. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or exchange.
2. All returned items must be in their original packaging and a tracking number, specific reason for return and original PO must be provided to us.
3. We will refund you in full upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging and including all components and accessories.
4. It is the buyer's obligation to inspect the package carefully before signing for it. Once the parcel has been signed for, it means that the item is in good condition.
